Standard Flex
Flexible printed circuits that provide reduced weight and space in three dimensional packaging eliminating connectors, wire harnesses, and rigid printed circuits. These components are utilized extensively in a wide variety of electronic assemblies requiring compact packaging.

Novaflex HD

Density Patch
Sheldahl's Density Patch gives designers the freedom to put electronics where they are needed in a cost effective manner.  Small patches of pretested, high density interconnects are electronically bonded to lower cost substrates making a low cost assembly with enhanced electrical function. 

Reelflex
Providing a continuous roll-to-roll process for flexible circuit SMT assembly. Uniquely designed for compatibility with Philips ReelMount™ equipment, delivering thousands of populated circuits ready for further value added assembly.

Horn Switch/Smart Horn
A high current, copper based membrane switch. Designed for enhanced sensitivity and greater area coverage, Sheldahl's HornSwitch provides reliability at minimum cost.

Heavy Copper
Sheldahl is uniquely capable of  providing flexible circuits with copper weights ranging from 35µm to 140µm for both single and double sided applications.  These interconnects satisfy electronic packaging needs for high current applications reaching up to 60 amps of current.

Polymer Thick Film
The needs of low current applications (less than 500 milliamps) can be satisfied using conductive inks as the conductive path. This additive process using sliver and/or carbon inks, can be used to fabricate both single and double sided circuitry.
